These Terms govern your use of FreeCell, provided by NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the app

FreeCell is provided for personal entertainment. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass reward or coin systems, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Coins, deals, and solutions

Coins are virtual items used only inside FreeCell. Coins can unlock deals and optional solutions in the free version. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable.

FreeCell does not offer cash rewards, gift cards, real-world items of significant monetary value, cryptocurrency rewards, play-to-earn mechanics, NFTs, or other transferable digital assets.

FreeCell may offer an optional one-time Premium Pass. Premium Pass removes coin and rewarded-ad limits for deals and optional solutions for the lifetime of the app on your store account. Purchases are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play terms and refund policies.

Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional. If an ad is unavailable, cancelled, limited, or fails to complete, the related reward may not be granted. Ad availability can vary by region, device, consent status, and ad network conditions.

Local data

Game progress, settings, statistics, owned deals, unlocked solutions, and coins are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, reset the device, or clear app data, this local data may be lost.

Intellectual property

FreeCell, including its software, design, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where permitted by law.

Disclaimer

FreeCell is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
